Steven Smith

Steven SmithSteven volunteers his time to help run our Facebook support groups, including our Men’s group. He lives with his family in Blackpool and is also very active with the Police Cadets being a former police officer. He has been with us from the very beginning. We love his sense of humour and grateful that he shares his time with us so generously. He offers lots of support to the men in our group, being approachable and pragmatic about the intimate issues for men with CES. Steven has recently been invited to act as Charity Trustee for our new charity ‘ Cauda Equina Champions Charity ‘

He is always busy raising awareness, giving interviews on Radio Lancashire, taking part in our BBC News story and more recently helped us cover Cauda Equina Syndrome Day in the Blackpool Gazette. He has been with us from the beginning of our journey and we wouldn’t be with him.
