We are a specialist team of Cauda Equina Syndrome Solicitors who have been conducting high value complex Clinical Negligence and PI claims, including spinal injuries for 25 years.
We specialise in claims relating to cauda equina syndrome in addition to birth and brain injury and infection, but have a broad range of experience of claim types upon which we can draw. We are nationally recognised for the high level of damages settlements we achieve.
We recognise the importance of rehabilitation in cauda equina syndrome, and the woeful lack of resources in the NHS and Local Authorities. Our initial focus is to achieve an early admission of liability if possible, in order to secure an interim payment of damages. We will then work with the claimant to put in place a case manager to access suitable accommodation, therapy, equipment and care, to make life easier. We recognise that such measures will ultimately result in a better outcome and better quality of life.
Our offices are based in the South West however we act for clients nationally and routinely visit clients at home. As a full-service firm we can offer family, employment and property law advice, and also support post settlement, with Trusts, Wills / Tax planning advice.
Our specialist lawyers are accredited with the Law Society Clinical Negligence Panel, ranked with Chambers & Partners and recognised in the Legal 500.
